By creating an account and using Mostbet Bangladesh betting service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Read carefully. If you do not agree with any provision, do not register or use this service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older (or the applicable legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
• You must not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, including but not limited to: USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Israel, Australia, and others listed in our Geo-Restrictions policy.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of Venson Ltd or any affiliated company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under applicable law.
• You may only register one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Rules

• One account per player, per household, per device, per IP address. Multi-accounting results in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
• All registration information (name, date of birth, address, contact details) must be accurate, complete, and current. False information is a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Mostbet Bangladesh is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your password.
• Notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts for Terms violations, suspected fraud, money laundering, or at regulatory direction.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), ৳400 (AstroPay, USDT), ৳1,500 (Bitcoin).
• All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• Each promotion has specific terms — read before claiming. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawing any bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum bet during active bonus wagering: ৳400 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit voids the bonus and all winnings derived from it.

• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Mostbet Bangladesh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with 24 hours notice where practicable.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirement as the bonus unless otherwise stated.

5. KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

• Fraud — chargebacks, disputed card payments, identity theft, impersonation
• Exploiting software glitches or mathematical errors in games
• Posting unauthorized commercial content or spam in live casino chat

Any prohibited activity results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.

12. Governing Law

13. Amendments
